Article Processing Charges

MSES is committed to supporting an equitable and accessible publishing model. Therefore, the journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs). This means that authors are not required to pay any fees for the submission, peer review, or publication of their articles.

The journal’s no-cost publishing policy reflects its mission to promote open access to knowledge without placing financial burdens on authors. MSES believes that eliminating APCs helps create a more inclusive scholarly environment where researchers from diverse backgrounds and institutions can share their work with a global audience, regardless of their financial resources.
